Our Pet/Dog/Cat Vest D-Ring Harnesses are excellent for toy dogs or smaller cats in mind. They do not tug at the throat and are also fashionable. These tiny suits or tuxedo are so cute. We line them with Cotton twill fabric. The D-ring is of excellent quality, so there is no fear of the ring breaking. Please measure according to the photo chart. All measurements given are exact outfit measurements; please allow room for the Velcro brand closures to close (1-2" over what your dog measures). All outfits are hand cut and may vary up to ¼".
